We can accept the first four pages of the most recent tax return you were claimed on (if the tax return is under four pages, send all pages of the tax return).

• If you were claimed as a dependent, send your parent(s)/guardian(s) tax return.
• If you filed independently, send a copy of your tax return. We can also accept a copy of your tax transcript if you do not have a copy of the tax return. We are not able to accept W2s as supporting tax documentation.
