After serving on the board of Cincinnati Public Schools for four years, Elisa Hoffman was inspired to help others develop the knowledge and network they need to drive systemic change in this role. She launched School Board School, a program that prepares cohorts of aspiring school board members to build relationships with schools and families and run campaigns, with a focus on equity.
