Caitlin and co-founder Sean Connolly launched Helix Education in 2018, a nonprofit focused on addressing two of Chicago's most pressing issues: a youth unemployment crisis and businesses needing talent. Helix works to solve both problems by opening small businesses that address community needs while employing and developing youth.
