With nearly a decade serving in the education policy and non-profit sector, Bibi Yasmin Katsev brings her bold vision and passion for educational equity to her role as Executive Director of Teach For America Dallas Fort Worth.

As the former Executive Director of the District Charter Alliance (DCA), an organization dedicated to district-charter partnerships and student-centric education reforms, Bibi led her team towards improving student outcomes across Texas. Prior to joining the DCA, Bibi worked at the Texas Education Agency and the Texas Senate. With a young family and roots in the Dallas Fort Worth area, Bibi is committed to envisioning and building a better educational experience for all students in the region.
