Laura Zingg served as an editorial project manager for One Day Studio, Teach For America's online storytelling platform. Prior to this role, Laura spent three years as a writer and editor for One Day Studio. Laura loves diving into issues and connecting with educators, leaders, families, and students to shine a light on their stories. Laura lives for the details that make us human: remote classrooms staged on top of tiny dressers; the sounds and smells in the school building; what it means to choose a new school mascot. Before joining TFA, Laura worked in libraries and holds an MLIS from the University of Washington. Laura is based in Seattle and shares a 100-year-old fixer-upper with her husband, son, and a hefty 20-pound cat.
